Bellabox May

Hey Readers,
I hope this post finds you well. Another Bellabox has arrived and as this month has gone quite quickly so I really wasn't expecting it. As you know I wasn't particularly happy with what was included last month and to be honest I really haven't used that many of the products from it so as a result I don't really have a decent review of the box for you. But this month BB have sent some interesting products so I will get into talking about them!!!

Cocoswish Oil Pulling received one 10ml sachet full size is a pack of 14.
This is contains organic extra virgin coconut oil that when swished in the mouth to detox, promotes total mouth hygiene and whitens teeth. Never heard of this before and interesting product will give it a try.

John Freida Luxurious Volume Touchably Full Shampoo and Conditioner received 44ml tubes full size is 250ml
This shampoo and conditioner uses specialised technology that enhances fullness and weightlessly detangles the hair leaving hair voluminous. I think I have actually tried this one before and from memory its really good so happy to have another try.

Derma E Purifying 2 in 1 Charcoal Mask 14g sample size full size is 48g.
This mask not only draws out impurities and detoxifies but add a little bit more water to the mix and it acts as an exfoliator as well. I know I don't usually love masks but a product like this seems a good option for me.

Karen Murrell Lipstick in 12 Rymba.Rhythm
These lipsticks combined all natural ingredients avocado oil, evening primrose, candelilla, carnauba wax, cinnamon and sweet orange. Resulting in an all natural long lasting lipstick.
Rymba Rhythm in a bright red that will definitely add a pop of colour to any look.

Burts Bees Lip Balm in Pink Grapefruit
This is a 100% all natural lip balm that hydrates and nourishes the lips. I have already tried this one and I have to say I am a fan!!

Avon Nutra Effects Raidiance Day and Renewing Night Cream. recieved a sachet sample of each cream.
This is the bonus product for the box this month. The Day cream helps to visibly revive dull and uneven skin and contains spf15. The night cream helps to improve tone and texture and is light weight. Interested to try these.

So that ends BB for May liking that they have included a variety of products this month and I am interested to try most of them cannot wait to review!!  Until next post happy reading and happy shopping.

Empties Hits and Misses #3

Hey Readers,
I hope this post finds you well. This weekend I am here with a new empties post. The first half of the year has seen me empty a few products and I thought it time I share the products that have been good to me so far!!!

Dove Go Fresh Nourishing Body Wash Cucumber and Green Tea 1L
I have been a fan of this body wash for a long time I not only love the way it foams and washes but the fact that the scents are soft and that it cleans the skin well without drying. The 1 litre size not only lasts a long time but one pump of product goes a long way.

Imperial Leather Foamburst Foaming Shower Gel  Summer Zest Mandarin, Lemon and Ylang Ylang.
I have spoken about this product a lot before and they have featured many times in my empties posts. So I will be brief it's still really really good!!!! The gel foams instantly, spreads easily and is not only good in the morning when your running late but also perfect for shaving and all the scents are really good.

OGX Nourishing Coconut Milk Shampoo
I was introduced to this brand by one of my beauty box subscriptions a while ago. Now I know I usually don't like coconut scented products but after trying other options from this brand this is the one that comes out on top. It not only foams and cleans well but leaves my hair manageable after and not leave it feeling dry or dull.

Natio Renew Radiance Foam Cleanser
This has been a long time favourite of mine its one of the cleansers that no matter how many other cleansers I try I just keep going back to. The product itself is soft and creamy, it foams just enough and leaves your skin feeling soft.

Neutrogena Deep Clean Oil Free Gentle Scrub
This scrub is always apart of my collection in the shower and this travel size has been a great addition to my wet pack for travel. Its a creamy scrub that has just the right amount of scrub particles to creamy cleanser it really helps exfoliate and leaves your skin feeling so smooth.

Formula 10.0.6 Seriously Shine Free Mattifying Oil-Free Moisturiser.
I have spoken about this a lot and I still keep repurchasing this moisturiser over and over. It just so easy to apply, goes on smooth goes great as a base to prep the skin before makeup and helps keep matte all day long.

Mitchum Womens 48hr Protection 50ml Roll On Shower Fresh
This is my new go to. I just wanted to try something different after I had been using another roll on for quite a long time. I tried a few others but picked this up on special at Coles one day and I have to say I love it. I wouldn't say that I have ever tried its 48 hour abilities but a whole day from 7am to 7pm (and probably a little bit more) it works and I am not smelling myself or having any of my clothes smell at the end of the day.

Plackers Hi Performance Dental Flossers.
When it comes to flossing  I have always found trying to floss with strands of standard dental floss has never really worked that well for me. So it was looking for alternatives that I found these. The floss itself is strong and smooth, the plastic handles also seem to make it easier to get into all the angles of my teeth. They are also quite handy for travel.

So no misses for this post all these products I have loved and will continue to purchase. So that ends another empties post. I hope you enjoyed reading this one and until next time happy reading and happy shopping.

Maslow and Co

Hey Readers,
I hope this post finds you well. Today I have something exciting to share. A couple of weeks ago I discovered that a new beauty box had come onto the market in Australia. Jodi from Goo Roo Beauty made a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZW8HLLOsX9Q) telling us about this new beauty box and after watching I couldn't wait to sign myself up.

Maslow and Co is the newest beauty box to hit the market and this box is definitely setting itself apart from the others. This is a bi monthly and at $44 a box promises 6+ beauty products in every box and the best bit no sachets!! Maslow and Co are promising value for money sending only decent sized samples to try, no minuscule barley one try sachets (their words!!). All products come in a sturdy cardboard box and are packed quite well. The shipping is also quite fast. Each box is also assigned a country and ALL products in that box originate from that country. Now the current box is one from New Zealand which offers products containing unique ingredients from NZ as well as introducing us to some of the best organic and natural beauty brands.

Sans[ceuticals] Baobab Regenerative Body Cream received a 50ml sample size full size is 250ml bottle

This body cream is a silky rich and hydrating cream that combines Vitamin A, E, Omega oils, Baobab lipids to increase collagen production. Improve skin elasticity and density. Refining and rejuvenating the whole body taking anti aging beyond the face. Usually I would say I am not that into anti aging products but this intrigues me and I like the idea of a product that is not just targeted for the face.

Evolu Recovery Day Cream received a full size 75ml tube
This cream combines botanical and marine extracts that help to calm and soothe irritations on the skin that over time says it will help to reduce redness , provide protection and dermis renewal. This is more targeted at the face which I am interested in redness around my nose and through the T zone is always something I'm looking to diminish so happy to give this one a try.

Ethique Lime and Ginger Body Polish received a full size 100g bar
A body polish in a bar containing Lime and Ginger with pumice and bamboo powder but also cocoa butter to exfoliate and smooth the skin. This smells amazing and had scented the whole box. I would like to say that I am interested to try this one and cannot wait try it but this was quickly picked up by my husband post opening of the box. He loves lime and ginger scent combination so this one I think will be tried by him this month!!!

Martina Organics Oil Cleanser full size is 30ml (no writing/label on bottle I think its a full size)
Hand blended this cleansing oil combines Argan, Manuka, Hemp, Jojoba, Marula and Jasmine oils. To melt away impurities on the skin including makeup whilst helping to fight acne inflammation, treating blemishes, clearing pores, reducing redness and scaring. Interested to try this I haven't used a decent cleansing oil in a long time.

Linden Leaves Intensive Repair Eye Cream received a 15ml full size bottle
This eye cream offers a lightly textured cream that helps renew and regenerate tired and ageing eyes it combines white tea and melon to soothe and hydrate. Not sure about this one I am not really and eye cream fan however it does come in a cute bottle with a pump which is quite handy and convenient.

Antipodes Chia and Kiwi Seed Superfood Serum received a full size 30ml
Combining Chia and Kiwi seed which are full of essential fatty acids and antioxidants that help to lock in moisture, reduce inflammation and stabilise oily prone skin. Interested to try I am always looking for products that help with my combination skin. Helping with oil control as well as my hydrating drier patches on my face sounds like this product is meant for me!!!

OK so that ends the box from New Zealand. While for me it is a little bit skin care heavy this box. I am interested to try everything and I am excited by whats been included. I also know that after seeing the products included in the previous two boxes (disappointed I missed Australia and the UK) Maslow and Co are offering something different in each box and really targeting products that show case the country they are from. I know at $44 dollars it is a little more expensive than others but I feel the quality of the products, size of samples packaging and fast shipping is worth it. The next stop is the USA West Coast so hoping to receive a mix of goodies from there!!! Cannot wait to try these product and cannot wait for the next box to arrive!!!

Until next time Happy reading and Happy shopping.
