Maslow and Co Japan

I hope this post finds you well!! The latest edition of Maslow and Co has reached my door. This edition is filled with products sourced from Japan and I am excited to tell you what I received. Please note that I have used the descriptions of each product from that given on Maslow and Co website for all these products. As most of the packaging is written in Japanese which I am unable to read and interpret. So with all of that said lets get started......

Baby Foot recieved a full size pack.

These little booties contain a chemical peel gel for your feet. The gel contains 17 natural extracts designed to gently breakdown to remove the layer of old dead skin, revealing baby soft feet. After reading the packaging the idea of all the skin from my feet peeling off is a little daughnting and gross but I am interested to try.

Shu Uemura Colour Lustre Dry Cleaner received a deluxe travel size 37g 
This Dry Cleaner is a 2-in-1 dry cleanser and conditioner, this translucent formula which works to absorb the scalps oil and impurities, leaving you with fresh locks, again and again. Perfect for post-gym touch ups and second-day hairstyles, extend the life of your mane!! Have tried a high end dry shampoo before so interested to see how this goes cannot wait to try.

Chulala Cleansing Lotion received a full size 150ml
Chulala Cleansing Lotion is so smooth it feels like you’re cleaning your face with water. The secret lies in the gentle yet powerful blend of natural enzymes and sea botanicals; coral water rich in calcium aids in healthy skin cell turnover, papain enzyme metabolizes dirt and impurities while ginger leaf extract and the islands deep ocean water adds moisture to plump and protect the skin. Really interested to try this one. After reading the instructions (thanks again to the Maslow and Co site as all the writing on the bottle is in Japanese). This Lotion will remove makeup and impurities whilst being gentle on the skin. Always love a good makeup remover cannot wait to try.

Rune Platinum Mask received a full size pack that contains two sheet masks.

These cutely packaged masks contain sheet masks that will hydrate and nourish your skin to help improve overall health. Interested to try going into winter my skin needs a little TLC.

Hadabisei Kracie Moisturizing Facial Mask received one mask full size is a pack of five. This extra rich formula contains Hyaluronic Acid and lemon extract which infused in this sheet mask is the perfect addition to your winter skin regime. Adding much-needed moisture for an instant beauty boost. Again interested to try perfect for coming into the cooler months.

RAFRA Complete in Gel Cream recieved a 10ml deluxe sample full size is 50ml
One gel to rule them all, the Complete In Gel Cream is the second step to this skincare line – hydrate. Whilst there may be just two steps, this ingenious cream promises to offer the benefits of a multi-step regime in just one product removing the need for a lotion, emulsion, serum, face cream, oil, eye cream and mask. Jointly, it simultaneously treats multiple skin concerns from fine lines, pigmentation, enlarged pores, dullness or dry skin. This is a product that seems right up may alley I suffer from a few skin concerns and always happy to try a product that is multitasking.

DAZZSHOP Lasting Eyebrow Pencil in the shade Bole Brown
The Lasting Eyebrow Pencil is creamy, easy to blend and long-lasting. Attached with a spooly brush, comb the hair for a natural boy-brow look. This looks like its the perfect shade for me so very happy to give this a try also love how its an all in one product making it quick and easy to tame those brows!!

D.J.V Miaray Fiberwig Mascara in Pure BlackThe glossy formula ‘wraps’ each individual eyelash with clump-free, smudge- and streak-resistant colour that tapers to a pointed tip, just like a natural hair. Like traditional mascara, you can apply multiple coats to create phenomenal length and volume. Fluttering lashes without the faff of falsies!! Probably the most excited about this product I love a good mascara and particularly one that give length and volume at the same time love it cannot wait!!

Holiday Makeup

I hope this post finds you well!!  I have just returned from a very wonderful and relaxing holiday!! Now while I was away the plan was to tell you about all the makeup products I had decided to take with me but alas my last few days before work got busy and the photos I had taken to go with this post never made it on to the computer so today I am here with my holiday make up post. Now before I left the task of fitting into a suitcase was nothing it seemed compared to the task of fitting all my makeup into a compact makeup bag again so most of the products I chose to take are the ones I know work well are easy to apply and for the most part compact. I hope you enjoy!!

Cetaphil Suntivity 50+ Liposomal Lotion and Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunscreen Lotion.
I group these two together as they are not only both samples but they are sunscreens that I find work the best under makeup not only do you get sun protection in the highest SPF available but you also get a sunscreen that doesn't disrupt your foundation. I find some  sunscreens can make foundation hard to apply but also break through the foundation itself resulting in it not lasting as long during the day. These two sunscreens are easy to apply, last a decent amount of time and are perfect for protection under foundation.

Chi Chi Insta Primer 
A great all round primer that is easy to apply, leaves a smooth base for foundation and helps everything to last longer. 

Rimmel #Insta Flawless Light Medium 
I love applying this before makeup it just gives something extra to any makeup look and I miss it when I forget to apply it!!

Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous Foundation 210 Medium Beige
As you all well know this is my go to (and go back to) foundation and at this point couldn't think of leaving the country with anything else. Super easy to apply always gives me the perfect finish and I love it for everyday or night.

Essence Camouflage 2 in 1 Makeup and Concealer 30 Honey Beige
This is not only a new product from essence but also a new product for me but its performance has impressed. Its just so easy to apply and has the consistency of a BB cream, coverage is light but buildable (despite saying high coverage on the tube). It just evens out my skin tone nicely good for no makeup days.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser in Medium 
A great all round concealer that is not only perfect for dark circles but also for redness and I also love using it as an eyeshadow primer. 

Australis Banana Powder 
I use this everyday so its probably no surprise that I take this with me I love it for setting concealer and highlighting when I want something matte.

Natio Face and Eye Palette Colourways in Nature in the shade Glow
I have to be honest I am talking this simply for the eyeshadows they really are probably all I am going to need for a simple eye look and it saves I also like the idea of extra blushes and bronzer.

 Rimmel Kate Moss Sculpting Palette in 002 Coral Glow 
This is still a go to for me and while I probably don't need to take an extra with the Natio palette I really enjoy using this one. Its just a no brainer having all three products included in one and all the colours suit my complexion perfectly. 

Bloom Cosmetics Eye Definer in Dark Brown and Maybelline Master Drama The Nudes 22 Brownie Glitz
At the moment these are really the only liners I use. The Eye definer is the perfect matte brown and I love it for everyday definition and its easily winged our with the help of a liner brush if I want a perfect wing. The Master drama is a new love this is a bronzey brown shade that adds a bit of sparkle to your lash line I love how creamy and smooth this liner is to apply it just glides on creating such a simple but glam look (crossing my fingers Maybelline create more shades in this formula).

Avon Super Extend Winged Out Mascara, Avon Big and False Lash Volume Mascara, Eye of Horus Bio Lash Lift Mascara.
These are the mascaras I currently have opened and on the go. I am enjoying each for different reasons.

So now that the holiday has ended I can say that there were a lot of days where nothing but moisturiser and sunscreen went on my face but for the occasions where I did put makeup on I really enjoyed having this collection of products with me.
