The Parcel Spring Edit!!!

Hey Readers,
I hope this post finds you well!! Today I have just picked up the latest edition of Marie Claire's The Parcel from the post office. This is the spring edition for 2016 and I have to say I was so excited to open this box when I got it and I wasn't disappointed. There hasn't been an edition yet that I have said oh wow, oh wow when pulling products out of a box!!! 
So lets get to it!!!

  
St Tropez Self Tan Classic Bronzing Mousse received a 50ml deluxe sample full size is 240ml
and St Tropez Applicator Mitt
Despite the fact that I don't fake tan as a general rule this was one of my first wow's as I unpacked this box!! Not only did we receive a deluxe sample of their classic bronzing mousse that with its new formula promises a long lasting (up to 10 days), quick drying, nice smelling streak free tan. We also received the applicator mitt to apply it with!! I feel this is pretty generous and a great idea when it comes to including a fake tan in a beauty box!!!

C-Lab&Co Coffee and Coconut Scrub received a 100g full size
Not only is this a really a version of those much talked about coffee scrubs this one from C-Lab&Co has a 100% natural formula. This scrub targets cellulite, stretch marks and skin imperfections!! While I don't have either of the first two I am really really interested to try this one as I have never tried a coffee scrub before and have been thinking for a while I wanted to give these a try!!

The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask received a 5ml sample full size is 75ml
While I am not usually a mask girl I am really interested to try this one. A combination of Himalayan charcoal and green tea leaves this cleanses, exfoliates and detoxifies. I always like body shop products so happy to give this a go. 

MOR Mon Amie Luminous Body Milk received an 80ml full size
The card that came with the box says that this product should be the Adele scent of this body milk however I have received the Cecilia scent. Regardless of the scent all the body milks in this range infused with shea butter, jojoba and sweet almond and the scent Cecilia is a Sweet Clementine and Cassis with floral notes of Wild Orchids and Orange Blossoms. This comes in spray packaging which with the warmer months around the corner certainly makes is more inviting to pick up and easy to apply.

Narciso Rodriguez For Her EDT recieved a 5ml full size is 50ml
This fragrance combines musk, florals and a hint of amber a new scent for the warmer months. Not sure if I am excited by this as yet I do like the idea of a new perfume to try but as I have a cold at the moment I can't really smell it so I am unsure if  its the scent for me.

Sunsense Sensitive Invisible SPF 50+ received a 10g sample full size is 75g
This is the newest sunscreen for Sunsense which has been formulated with zinc oxide to deliver maximum sun protection and prevent premature skin ageing. Perfect timing for a sunscreen sample to be included in a beauty box I am going away for the weekend next month so this will be good for the sand, surf and sun!!! 

Nude by Nature Natural Mineral Cover shade Medium received a 2g deluxe sample full size is 15g.
This loose mineral foundation offers buildable coverage with SPF 15. This foundation covers redness, pigmentation, conceals large pores even out complexion. I already have tried and used this foundation on and off for a long while and I have preferred the pressed version for my travel but I am doing my makeup at home more these days so going back to loose version will be easier!!! 

Essano Argan Oil of Morocco received the shampoo and conditioner duo pack 50ml full size.
This shampoo and conditioner duo offers haircare infused with Moroccan oil to help dry and damaged hair shampoo is deep cleaning and the conditioner is nourishing!!  I really enjoy moroccan oil based shampoos and have not tried this brand before so very happy to have received this travel duo to try. 

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi Purpose Dry Oil received a 10ml deluxe sample full size is 50ml. 
This multi purpose oil can be used on the face, body and hair. It nourish, repair and soften the skin this ultra concentrated oil contains a blend of macadamia, sweet  almond oil and Vitamin E. I have received a sample of this in a beauty box previously so I can already tell you that it is good it also is on the more expensive side for me so loving a new sample!!!

Maybelline New York The Nudes Palette received One
Last but not least is this eye shadow palette from Maybelline. 12 pans of wearable nude shadows that are a mix of matte, shimmer giving you the ability to create a wearable work look to a night time smokey eye. There was definitely an WOW!! from me when I saw this included not only is it makeup!! its also an entire palette!! I am so used to receiving a quad or a single shadow I was blown away by this inclusion. Cannot wait to give it a try!!

So that ends this edition of the Parcel. As I said at the begging of this post this parcel edition has really wowed me and makes me very happy that I stay subscribed this really is a value for money box. I love the variety of products, samples that are decent size as well as lots of full sized items and quality products both pharmacy (drug store) and high end!! 13 by Halloween Project Pan **Update**

Hey Readers, 
I hope this post finds you well. My computer is fixed and since its been three weeks since my last post so I thought what better way to get back into blogging then doing an update for my 13 by Halloween Project pan. If you haven't seen my first post you can read it here. For those of you already in the loop lets get started!!! 


1. #28 Blush
 Physicans Formula Happy Booster Glow and Mood Boosting Blush. 
While I haven't used it everyday I have used this blush more often than not and I still haven't made a dent in the product nor have I hit pan but I still have six weeks to go so I will keep trying!!  

2. #25 Something in a Stick/Tube  
Bloom Foundation Stick in Base Three 
I have mainly been using this for touch ups during the day and it isn't too bad for that. I have used it a couple of times as a complete base but only if my makeup is only needing to last a couple of hours as it doesn't last on my skin all day. I do feel I have used a fair amount so far however when I started this project I never took a photo of the product full wound up so I don't have any indication now of exactly how much I have used.  

3. #34 Something Shimmery
 Physicans Formula powder palette Mineral Glow Pearls in the shade Beige Pearl. 
Like the blush previously I haven't been able to make a dent in this one at all. It is quite a shimmery highlight but still looks beautiful on the skin.

4. #19 Matte Lip Product 
 Savvy by db Lipstick in the shade Nude
This is the least used of all the products in this project. I am terrible when it comes lip products I always seem to skip this step of a morning have to incorporate it into my routine a bit more!!!

5. #43 A Neutral Coloured Item 
E.L.F Mineral Eyeshadow Primer in the shade Sheer. 
Definitely have made progress with this one as I am having to dip the applicator back into the tube at least twice to get enough to prime both eyes. Its a decent primer and liking having my shadows last longer than they usually do without!!

6. #30 Nail Polish
Rimmel London 60 Seconds Super Shine Nail Polish in the shade 345 Black Cherries 
So far I don't see the level going down but I am loving this colour so I won't be too crushed if it isn't finished by Halloween.

7. #40 Sample Products
This is the first category where I have made the most  progress. I have been trying to use as many samples as possible and so far have worked through not only the tube of moisturiser below but 8 other samples as well I know it doesn't sound much but as I usually put all my samples in a box for that one day I will use that and never do!! I am happy to have made progress. 

8. #37 Maybelline Item  
Super Stay Better Skin Skin Perfecting Concealer in the shade Medium. 
As I said in my original post this was to replace my much loved age rewind for this project. Now I get that they can't really be compared as they are targeted at different types of concealing but I will say it does conceal under eye circles quite well. Its definitely a thicker   
consistency and takes a little more to blend out but it does blend seamlessly and I think I am starting to see progress in regards to emptying the tube!!

9. #14 Something I have already hit pan on
Youngblood Pressed Mineral Foundation in the shade Neutral. 
Progress wise yes I can see the amount of pan showing getting a little bit wider!! But given a little bit of this powder goes a long way I have quite a way to go.

10. #47 Lip Gloss
Max Factor Colour Intensifying Lip Balm in 40 Exquisite Caramel 
While progress on this lip product is greater than the lipstick in my project pan collection it still only is a small amount!!  

11. #21 Something you regret purchasing 
Models Prefer Rose Nude 10 Shade Eyeshadow Palette
Have managed to create a lot of looks with this palette day to day but at the end of the day I am still no closer to hitting pan on any of these shadows!!

  
12. #45 Skin care Item 
MOR Orange Blossom Hand Cream 
Despite walking around with this in my handbag using it at work and at can't me I think I still have a half to go its hard to tell when you inside the tube.

13. #27 Matte Product 
Avene Cleance MAT Mattifying Emulsion. 
Woo this is a just finished product!!! So happy to be able to say in this update that I have at least finished one product!!!

So that ends my 13 by Halloween Project Pan Roulette Update I hope you enjoyed seeing my progress event though it is quite small. Despite this though I am still enjoying this project and I do hope to finish a lot more before the time is up!!!
